1 BIJI BOMBAY ONION SHREDDED
1 CUP GREEN PEAS OR MIX VEG
200 GM MINCE BEEF OR CHICKEN
1 TBLSP KICAP MANIS (ABC, BANGGAU OR SARI SEDAP)
A LITTLE SALT , PEPPER AND 1 TBLSP CHICKEN STOCK
2 TBLSP BUTTER
4 TBLSP COOKING OIL
GROUNDED SPICES
5 NOS. GREEN CHILLIES
5 NOS. GARLIC
1 NO. ONION
1 NO. LEMON GRASS
GRIND ALL ABOVE INTO PASTE
METHODS:
1. HEAT WOK WITH BUTTER AND COOKING OIL, ADD IN SHREEDED ONION FRY UNTIL CLEAR AND ADD IN THE GROUNDED SPICES FRY AGAIN UNTIL FRAGRANTS.
2. ADD IN MINCE MEAT FRY ABT 10 MINS AND LASTLY ADD IN, KICAP MANIS, STOCK, BEPPER SALT AND MIX WELL.
3. ADD IN THE RICE MIX WELL AND READY TO SERVE.
GARNISH WITH CHERRY TOMATOES, AND CUCUMBER….
