ROLL TAPAK KUDA OR LUCKY HOOF ROLL

ROLL TAPAK KUDA (LUCKY HOOF ROLLS)

10 NOS. EGGS (USE 5 WHITE ONLY)
130 GM MELTED BUTTER
130 GM PLAIN FLOUR
1 TS BAKING POWDER
200 GM CASTER SUGAR
1 TS VANILLA ESSENCE
2 TBLSP CONDENSE MILK
2 TBLSP MILK POWDER
1 TBLS CHOCOLATE PASTE
2 TBLSP COCOA POWDER
1 TBLSP OVALETT
10 GM ICE CUBES (OPTIONAL)

FILLING

NUTELLA OR CHOCOLATE CREAM FR FILLING

METHODS

1. MIX ALL ABOVE INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT MELTED BUTTER, CHOCOLATE PASTE AND
COCOA POWDER.
2. BEAT AT HIGH SPEED UNTIL FLUFFY, ANDD ADD IN THE MELTED BUTTER.
3. DIVIDE INTO 2 DIVISION AND ONE ADD IN THE CHOCOLATE PASTE, COCOA POWDER
AND ONE LEAVE IT PLAIN.
4.PREPARE 10 X 10 X1 TRAY , LINE WITH BAKING PAPER ON THE BASE AND BRUSH WITH
BUTTER ALL AROUND AND PREHEAT OVEN AT 180.
5.LAYER WITH BROWN BATTER FIRST THEN PLAIN BUT BE CAREFULL DO NOT MIX
THE BATTER OR U CAN USE PIPPING BAG TO LAYER.
6. BAKE FOR ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINS, AFTER TAKING OUT FROM TRAY, MAKE SURE
TURN ON A KITCHEN TOWEL CUT INTO HALF AND SPREAD WITH CHOC CREAM OR
NUTELLA AND FOLD PLS SEE PICS ATTACHED......

NOTE: THIS CAKE CAN BE FROZEN IT WILL LAST A LONG TIME.

IF YOU KEEP FROZEN PLS WRAP WITH PLASTIC TO AVOID FISHY SMELL.....

Hi there. 1 question, when u said, do the Brown Batter first. U mean, bake it first, then, once baked, we do the other batter? Im confuse. Please advise. rubby.sandra.md@gmail.com
